My video keeps buffering. What’s wrong?

Kindly report streaming issues that you may encounter using the template on I'm having issues with my video or audio feed. What can I do?

If no issues are found, let us make sure that everything is good on your device's end. 

1) Make sure that you have a fast enough connection.

2) Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching, or torrents and visit http://www.speedtest.net. Test your download speed. Results should show a minimum of at least 1.2Mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently. The use of mobile data is not a guaranteed data connection as the speeds and connection can vary depending on various factors such as coverage or cell site location.

3) Try to log out and log back in.

4) Clear cache and cookies.*

6) Relaunch your internet connection

7) Try using another device.
